Orders & Shipping

1. How long does it take to get my order once I hit "checkout"? 
   Each order is packed or printed with care, not rushed off an assembly line. My current turnaround time is 7-14 business days total, and that includes both processing and shipping time. 
   
2. What does "7-14 day turnaround" actually mean- does that include shipping time?
   Thats the full window from the moment you place your order until it hits your doorstep. Most orders land on the sooner end of that range; but since every piece is printed or packed to order, a little wiggle room helps me ensure quality. 
3. Do you offer rush shipping or local pickup if I'm nearby?
   Not at this time- as a one-woman operation juggling two small businesses and being a full time Mama, I just cannot in good conscience promise a faster turnaround right now. Every order deserves the same care and attention, and I'd rather take my time to do it right. 🤎
   
4. Where do you ship from?
   Most items ship straight from print partner in the U.S., while wholesale and specialty pieces come directly from my little Montana hometown; packaged with care by me personally (and maybe my kiddo's help).
5. Will I get a tracking number once my order ships?
   Yes! You'll automatically receive a tracking email once your order is on the way!
6. What happens if my package shows delivered but I can't find it?
   Start by checking with your local post office or carrier; they can usually help track it down. Once a package is marked delivered, it's out of my hands, but I'll always do my best to point you in the right direction.

Products & Sizing

1. How do your tees and crews fit; true to size or oversized?
   Most of my pieces run true to size with a relaxed lived in feel. If you are between sizes, or want that extra roomy, cozy look, I recommend sizing up. 
2. Are your items printed or embroidered?
   It depends on the product; most tees and crews are professionally printed (NOT iron on), while some wholesale or specialty pieces may feature embroidery or unique textures. 
3. What brand of shirts do you use?
   I hand pick every blank tee or crew- I want to ensure you get the best quality at the best price. Teeshirts are Comfort Colors, and my crews are Gildan Heavy Blend for softness, durability, and that Western, worn-in feel. Wholesale items vary in brand.
4. What if I order something that ends up being out of stock; what happens then?- this applies to Dropship items only. 
   If a supplier runs out of a certain color or size, and I am unable to have it fulfilled with the same brand and quality from another supplier; I will reach out right away with options for an exchange or a refund for that product. 
5. Do you restock sold-out items or are they one-time runs?
   Some do, and some don't get restocked! Certain drops- like my Seasonal Staples are intended to be restocked depending on popularity(be sure to click the 'Notify Me When Available' button so I see interest), while others like the Last Ride Collection are one-time only limited drops. 

Packaging & Gifts

1. Do your orders come gift-wrapped or ready to give?
   Every order is packaged with care and a Western touch. If it's a gift, I am happy to include a handwritten note if it is a gift. Please just leave me an order note. *THIS IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR DROPSHIP ORDERS (Rooted In Faith Collection)*
2. Can I include a gift note?
   Absolutely! Add your message in the "Order Notes" box during checkout and I'll make sure it's included. *Rooted In Faith Collection CAN NOT receive gift notes*
3. Do you offer gift cards?
   Yes! Digital gift cards are available right on the site; perfect for anyone who'd rather pick out their own gear. It can even be added to an apple wallet for easy use!

Brand & Story

1. Where are you based?
   Outlawed Critter Mercantile is proudly run out of Southwestern Montana; Western life at it's core!
2. What does "Outlawed Critter" mean?
   Outlawed Critter is actually my horse's name. He is a mustang out of Nevada Wild Horse Range, and has been my heart horse for years. It also speaks to the grit, grace, and Western lifestyle that built this brand. 
3. Do you also run Caught By The Horn Photography?
   I sure do! Both brands are tied together by the same passion for storytelling and Western life; while giving me the freedom to be a stay at home Mama. 
4. How can I become a brand ambassador or model?
   Keep an eye on @Outlawedcrittermercantile over on Instagram & Facebook- that's where I will announce ambassador or model openings!

1. What does "Rooted in Faith" mean to you?
   It's about staying grounded in your beliefs, walking with faith, and living it out boldly; all while keeping your roots deep in what matters most: Faith, Family, and the Western way. 
2. Are your faith-based items permanent or limited-edition?
   Some pieces are permanent, others rotate seasonally; each one is hand-selected to carry that same message of faith and grit. 
3. Do you plan to add more collections through the year?
   You bet! New designs and collections will launch throughout the year, each inspired by the changing seasons and Western life here in Montana.

3. Do you take custom or wholesale inquires?
   I currently do not offer these options; but keep an eye out, as this may be something offered in the future!
