At Outlawed Critter Mercantile, every order is handled with care — from the moment it’s placed to the moment it lands on your doorstep. Because we offer both made-to-order dropshipped pieces and in-house boutique items, shipping times may vary.
1. Order Processing

Dropshipped Items (Crews & Tees):
These items are made-to-order and fulfilled by our trusted print partners.
Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipment. -
Wholesale/Boutique Items:
Items shipped directly from our Montana location are typically processed within 2–4 business days. -
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email once your order ships.
2. Shipping Times & Rates

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

Some rural or remote areas may take longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or supply chain issues are beyond our control.
3. Multiple Shipments
Because some items are fulfilled separately (for example, a tee from our print partner and jewelry from our shop), your order may arrive in multiple packages.
You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time, though we hope to offer it in the future.
5. Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before submitting your order.
Outlawed Critter Mercantile is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, we are not liable for delays or lost packages.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the package:

Verify the address on your order confirmation.

Check with neighbors, family, or your local post office.

Allow 24–48 hours — sometimes carriers scan early.
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days at help@outlawedcrittermercantile.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll help file a claim or arrange a replacement.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because most of our products are made-to-order, we can’t guarantee cancellations or edits once your order has been submitted.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at orders@outlawedcrittermercantile.com — we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t entered production.
8. Preorders & Special Releases
Preorder or limited-edition items will include estimated shipping timelines in their product descriptions.
Any significant delays will be communicated via email.
