Refund policy

At Outlawed Critter Mercantile, every piece we offer - from our drop shipped graphic tees and crews to our hand-picked wholesale finds - is chosen with care and intention. Because many of our products are made-to-order or sourced in small batches, please take a moment to review our policy below before placing your order. 

General Policy 

  • All sales are considered final once shipped, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. 
  • We do NOT offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer's remorse. 
  • If there's ever an issue with your order, please reach out to us at orders@outlawedcrittermercantile.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll do our best to make it right. 

Dropshipped Items (Crews & Tees) 

  • Each dropshipped item is custom printed on demand, which means we can't accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. 
  • Please double check your size and color selection before submitting your order- these cannot be changed once production begins. 
  • If your item arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the product and packaging to orders@outlawedcrittermercantile.com within 7 days of delivery so we can submit a replacement request through our printing partner. 

Wholesale/Boutique Items

  • Our boutique and wholesale pieces are sourced in limited runs and inspected before shipping.
  • Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. 
  • To start a return email returns@outlawedcrittermercantile.com with your order number and photos of the item within 7 days of delivery.
  • Approved returns must be sent back unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. 
  • Once we recieve and inspect your return, we'll process a replacement or store credit (no cash refunds). 

Exchanges

Because of limited stock and the nature of our small-batch inventory, exchanges are NOT guaranteed. If the item you want is available, we'll do our best to help you switch sizes or styles.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refunds are only issues in cases where a replacemennt cannot be provided.
  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. 

Shipping Costs 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our end. 
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping on any approved returns unless otherwise noted.
