Outlawed Critter Mercantile is a small, faith-rooted western boutique offering both dropshipped apparel (crews & tees) and hand-selected wholesale items.

We do our best to display accurate product descriptions and images. Because many of our pieces are small-batch or made-to-order, slight variations in color, style, or placement may occur.
We reserve the right to update or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • We may adjust pricing without notice.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other trusted gateways.

  • You agree to provide valid billing and shipping information.

5. Order Processing

  • Dropshipped apparel (crews & tees) are printed on demand and ship directly from our production partners.

  • Wholesale/boutique items are packaged & shipped by us.
    Processing times vary and are listed on each product page.
    We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of error or fraud.

6. Shipping

Once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee address or item changes.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages due to incorrect addresses, or customs holds. *Production &fulfillment times may vary depending on our mannufacturing partners. Estimated timelines are listed on each product page and may adjust during peak seasons or carrier delays*

7. Returns & Refunds

Because most items are made-to-order or limited-run, all sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, photos, graphics, and logos — belongs to Outlawed Critter Mercantile or its content creators.
You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.

By submitting photos, reviews, or content to us (including tagging us on social media), you grant us permission to repost, share, or feature your content across our platforms, with credit.

We rely on trusted third-party platforms (e.g., Printify, Shopify, Faire) for fulfillment and payments.
